As an athlete with a lifelong dedication, I've explored and mastered diverse training methodologies, recovery techniques, and nutritional strategies. Each event and training day has been a building block in my understanding of endurance sports, informing a coaching approach that emphasizes resilience, adaptability, and enjoyment in the journey. As a busy Product Leader, I've faced the familiar challenge of balancing rigorous training with a demanding career and personal life. These experiences have honed my ability to streamline the training process and develop strategies that promote a sustainable and fulfilling integration of sport into daily living
